Before the treatment
-24 hours prior to your procedure, please avoid drinking alcohol, coffee, energy drinks, caffeinated soda, teas or herbs. This will help minimize any oozing/bleeding or swelling during and after the procedure.
-Gently exfoliate the skin on your brows 2 days before your appointment. This will help provide a clean canvas to work on by removing any dead skin and result in better pigment insertion.
-Three days before your procedure, avoid taking Aspirin, Fish Oil, Niacin, Vitamin E, (Nsaid)Ibuprofen or blood thinners, unless medically necessary. Tylenol is fine.
-Avoid heavy sunlight, especially sunburn, three days before your procedure.
-No waxing,threading, or tinting within 1 day of your appointment.

Before the treatment
-Two-three weeks before procedure, do not have any chemical peels, microdermabrasions, mesotherapy, botox, fillers, or any other intense treatments which will cause faster skin cell rejuvenating and cause skin irritation.
-You must be off Accutane or any prescribed acne medications for 1 year.
-You must be off Retin-A or Retinols 7 days prior to appointment.
-DO NOT USE growth enhancement products (such as Latisse, Revitabrow, (Grande lash) one month prior.
The decision to come in with makeup or a clean bare face, is entirely up to you. We will be taking before/after photos for our records and with your written consent we may use some photos for social media/advertisement. Either way, we will clean off your brow area before your procedure.

What is the healing process?

day 1: Right after the procedure the pigment will appear very natural looking. Light swelling and redness immediately after the procedure is normal and will subside within 24 hours.
Day 2 - 7: The pigment color will appear darker as brows start to heal and will lightly scab over. Do not pick at the scabs as it will remove the pigments.
Day 8 - 14: Brows should have healed externally and finished peeling, leaving you with a much lighter color.
This is NORMAL, so do not worry.
Day 20 - 30: The implanted pigment will begin to resurface as your brows heal internally. This will bring back more color to your brows allowing us to see the final result of the initial session.
Day 42- 60: During this time, your follow up session should take place to perfect your brows. Additional touch-up sessions may be required to achieve your desired look.
